In the pilot, Mad Freneza gives the taste of a lethal medicine to Kovak, a local politician who feels like most of these scumbags – untouchable and drunk with power. Eh.
Mad puts his carefully crafted volumes in a backpack imbued with creativity and old memories of his quest. He plans to make his work known in this dissipating world, which he wants to please with his satirical contribution about a dying city full of primitive creatures.
